From Coulter at H&S -

Thank you all for a wonderful month of coffee and celebration, and I hope you all enjoyed this... piece of cake! Washed Ethiopia, who could have guessed? The twist here is that this lot was double fermented, adding quite a lot of tartness and bright acidity that may have thrown off some guesses. It also put a lot of the notes very close together, as I personally was tasting lemon-lime, grapefruit, orange (all the citrus), orange blossom, jasmine, (all the green teas) and currants throughout the month. Thank you all once more, and especially to the organizers of MCL for making this all happen! xoxo

About the farm and the coffee:

This lot is named for the town and community which produces it: Banko Taratu, and 500 families in this town contributed to its creation.
