It's time to reveal the mystery coffee for September! This is the first time we've had the same green with different processing during a year of MCL. If you recall Junto's mystery, we had the naturally processed version of this green. We hope you enjoyed!

About the coffee and the producer:
This community coffee, known as Inzovu, comes from 65 washing stations and more than 80,000 farmers across Rwanda. This annual offering from Rwanda Trading exemplifies the organization’s ability to provide a consistent profile from year to year in a spirit of collaboration. This community blend was naturally processed and sun-dried on raised tables for a period of 15-20 days, resulting in a clean, balanced cup.
From Matt at Patch:
This lot is a great example of well processed washed Rwandan lot and terroir forward coffee showing all the best qualities of coffees we love from this area of the coffee growing world. Juicy malic and citric acidity combine beautifully with delicate honeysuckle florals and mellow melon juiciness when cooling to present a dynamic cup. For our main tasting notes we taste Cranberry, Honeysuckle, and Kaffir lime leaf.
